Returns + Exchanges
We ensure that your LIONPALM product is made to the highest standard and that you will enjoy your purchase. However, in the rare occasion that you are unhappy with your purchase please email studio@lionpalm and let us know how we can fix it.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order provided you give us written notice within 14 working days of receipt. Notice of contract cancellation must be given in email to email@example.com
You have 14 days from receipt of your order, to advise us of your intention to return or exchange. You will then have 14 days to return the goods back to us. Returns outside this period may not be accepted.
CONDITION OF RETURN:
All LionPalm items need to be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging.
Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
METHOD OF RETURN
We ask that you contact firstname.lastname@example.org to give notice of your return. We request that items be returned through a tracked courier.
Lionpalm is unable to accept any returns for Made to Order products as these are commission based purchases.
Lionpalm are unable to accept returns for earrings due to heath and safety.
